Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Learn to assess video interviews. 2) Watch Video Interviews of candidates and evaluate them. 3) Draft a detailed report with a summary of the candidate. 4) Liaison with the manager for review of the report. 5) Send feedback report to the candidate. 6) Update the academic consultant about the report.
